Over 12+ years, the last 8+ on Salesforce, I've restructured orgs without losing a record, migrated hundreds of users with zero downtime, and connected Salesforce to the systems businesses run on: HubSpot, telephony, payments, e-signature and accounting.
Much of my recent work is RevOps: lead routing, lifecycle stages and attribution, forecasting dashboards, and AI-assisted automation that removes manual work instead of adding another tool.
